Innovation Academy

The Innovation Academy strengthens the innovation capabilities of your most important asset: your people. We introduce tools, processes, measurability, and a shared language, while killing off the die-hard innovation myths that block progress if left unchecked.

Intrapreneurship Program

10–12 weeks

We create intrapreneurs who in turn create new business models. This program turns theory into practice by bringing new ideas to market, following a structured, accountable sequence:

Team selection

We help leadership identify their intrapreneurs and compose well-balanced, cross-functional innovation teams.

Coaching

Lean Startup experts guide intrapreneurs on their journey from idea to market.

Pivot or proceed

Teams learn to run experiments and collect and draw insights from data related to initial customer interest.

Coaching

Teams iterate towards a scalable and repeatable business model.

Teams run further experiments, drawing insight from data on real customer engagement.

Innovation board

Teams pitch their learnings, and the board decides how to allocate funding based on customer data and team insights.

Along the way, we surface the organizational barriers to innovation and advise senior management on how to mitigate or remove them, essential groundwork before scaling the process across the organization.

Executive Innovation Coaching

For executives and middle managers who want an outside perspective from highly experienced innovation experts, to unlock their full potential in leading and fostering innovation and intrapreneurship. At the end of the day, successful coaching is about unlocking sustainable growth, both for the individual and the corporation.

We coach using the GROW framework, Goal identification, current Reality, Obstacles, and Way forward, drawing on Innovation Strategy & Ecosystems, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Outcome-Driven Innovation®, Innovation Accounting, and Constraint-Driven Innovation as needed.

Interim Innovation Leadership

Several months up to a year

A way for senior leadership to quickly get access to experienced innovation leaders from our network. The expert normally works directly at the client's head office, reporting to the CEO or business unit head.

Typical projects involve setting up entirely new innovation functions, such as an innovation lab or a corporate venture capital unit, or overseeing the implementation of an idea management platform or innovation accounting system, before transitioning to line management.
